“My experience as a renter was great. The application process wasn't easy. There is a credit check and criminal background check. But if I were an owner, I would appreciate it.
Also, if anything is busted, they fix it fast. I was a little shocked at how fast. Many times, we had a repair guy at our door the same day.
When we moved there was clear communication about expectations.
If I ever have to rent a house, I will use them. As a renter, I appreciate the fast response to needed repairs”
