Took our Escape in for an oil change and to replace the wiper blades. While replacing the wiper blades they let the wiper blade arm without the blade slam back into the windshield. Cracks didn't show up until the next day. They REFUSED to pay for replacement of the windshield. $1000.00 if we didn't have insurance. Needless to say we won't be servicing or purchasing any more vehicles from this dealership.This is a follow up to Apple Ford's responce on my review on Google on how a rock somehow lifted the wiperblade and then broke the glass. The Safelite company stated that they see this all the time from individuals who have their blades changed at Advance Auto or Auto Zone. Both of these companies pay for their mistake.

2 stars is too many. They don't really listen to the customers and do what you ask. I had my transmission fixed to the tune of $1,500 and a year later it's doing the same thing. Their prices are high. I once stood and waited for a guy to finish vaping in the Quicklane building and then when I picked up my car he didn't do what I had asked. I asked him to check the rotors and when I picked it up he told me they didn't need to be checked that based on his experience they were worn out. I bought a battery, very expensive, but I wanted the Motorcraft battery for my Ford. Almost immediately it was malfunctioning. I went back and they told me that the battery was functioning according to "acceptable specifications". Two other garages and advance Auto told me that it was getting ready to fail. I went back and after much consternation and arguing got it finally replaced. It's just not a good place to take your car. Several years ago they were pretty good, I'm not sure what happened, usually when a business falls off like this it is bad management. I won't go back.

I've been using Quick Lane At Apple Ford for over 2 years. Wade, Coty, and special Dereck are the best.I highly recommend Dereck Brooks is a man with integrity, he's very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear. He has experience in many makes. Always very professional, very helpful and always give us an excellent service. Again Highly recommend it without reservation!

We needed a new-to-us car after our previous one was totaled in a car accident. While looking at the cars one evening after hours, we were approached by Mr. Melvin Harvey. He gave us his card and said to give him a call if he could be of assistance. A couple of days later, we came by and he worked with us, got us the car we wanted and an excellent monthly payment. Stellar customer service. This is the third car that we've gotten from Apple Ford. As always, excellent customer service.

So far Apple Ford has been able to meet my needs. Each time I call it seems as though they just have to make it known how short they are of mechanic's or technicians. We settle on a date and we are done. They are friendly, precise and Quick Lane doesn't take American Express.

apple ford needs to go out of business. i had my car towed there almost a month ago and i just got it back friday. i drove it to my job interview. i was about to try driving it home but it started overheating so i pulled into a parking lot and had my friend call them to have them tow it back to the shop. i called them yesterday to try and get an update on my car but the lady said they'd call me tomorrow (they said this yesterday) but i called them earlier today and the lady said the technicians were all at lunch and that she couldn't (or wouldn't at any rate) give me an estimated tome of when i could get my car. i will never ever do business with apple ford or any ford dealership. and that's the bottom line because i said so.

Customer service is always friendly and they do their best to work with you. It is best to call and schedule an appointment at least a week before you need it. Since Covid walk ins have been very difficult. This is the only place in Lynchburg that I trust to do maintenance on my F-150 and they have not let me down yet.
