Have called multiple times about a sequoia and no one ever calls back...they'll take a massage but just get ignored. What way to run a business. I guess you work for them when buying a vehicle? If you have no intention of returning calls... then don't answer your phone and taking messages! This is all after I drove 1 1/2 hours to drive it. I just feel like people should know when a business treats customers like this..I would want to know.

Service was fast and convenient. Waiting area was very pleasant and offers a variety of beverages and snacks. Meeting and chatting with people from the area is nice.

I purchased a 2021 GMC Serria that was customized by American Luxury Coach it was suppose to be feel good moment in my life where I I’ve went out here and worked hard and wanted a nice truck to show for it! The salesperson was so nice and got me approved for a 100,000 signed the contract and then everything went down hill! The day I went to pick the truck up I was so happy the sales guy was in it the truck trying to wipe some of the dust off, the truck had not been cleaned! I had to leave with a dirty truck!So disappointing! My feel good moment was not feeling too good! Then 7/25/21 I started a refund of ??4,673.65 for gap insurance with their finance manager Stephanie Williams a month later no check ??and when I emailed her she had no idea who or what I was talking about when I called I got the run around I was treated with disrespect and ignored! Finally on 9/7/21 got in touch with a Grey Adams a manager and my refund did not get mailed out til 9/12/21.What kind of finance department lies and plays games with your money?? In 2022 the American Luxury Coach logo started to peel off the window I made a appointment with service and was told they did not know how they could reach the logo because the truck was lifted?? The service manager told me I could take it do a detail shop and have it removed?????I said the truck is under warranty?? And it’s in front of you?? ??Unbelievable! I had to leave and find somewhere else and pay to have it removed! ? In Dec 2023 I was in a minor accident and took the truck to Pinkerton Collision to have it fixed the day I went and picked the truck up my side mirrors was not coming it and out and the same time I had to take it back and when I went to pick it up the 2nd time they were still off a little?? The manager Jake said the 2024 mirrors don’t come in and out at the same time it’s just something with GMC??? When I bought it both the mirrors came in and out at the same time?? Anyway we are now in August 2024 and I am still dealing with the collision department regarding a piece to the mirror they have replaced 3 times ? So I am driving around in my nice truck with a piece of my mirror missing! Everyday I go to work my friends look at say it’s still not fixed?? It’s a sad joke at this point! The only way I can get someone to respond is to post something negative on their Facebook page! I bought the truck with 3,000 miles got a oil change at ?6,000 my truck was in the service department again and they called me it was told me it was time for a oil change at 7,400 miles when I told the guy you just changed my oil at 6,000 miles he said mileage doesn’t matter???What does then?? I have had the whole Pinkerton experience from dealing with the managers in sales, finance, service and the collision department and I am amazed at how unprofessional and the lack of knowledge these people have at their job! The manager In service told me to take my truck somewhere else. The manager in collision has a 3rd party involved to fix my truck. Why would it ever take a month to fix a customers problem??

Took my 2015 Silverado in for a recall and to troubleshoot a problem with an intermittent vibration or shudder. Was told by the service manager, Frankie, that the truck needed a valve job which would cost on the order of $4,000. I was skeptical and asked Frankie several questions to see if they were certain this $4,000 repair would correct the vibration problem. He assured me there were GM technical bulletins advising this to be the correct course of action. Still skeptical I had another shop look at it and it turns out to be the torque converter shudder, typical of these vehicles, which needed a new type of transmission fluid GM has recommended for their 8 speed transmission. I can only imagine how upset I would have been had I spent $4,000 for a valve job I didn’t need which didn’t correct the problem!
My next truck will not be a GM because there is not reliable dealer service here in Lynchburg.

Love their Service Department! I have never had a bad experience. They get me in at my scheduled time, I'm comfortable during my wait, and out when expected!

What a waste of time!! I tried to buy a car from here today. The sales person Jason was nice and helpful. Once he gathered all my information to bring to his "boss/manager" (didn't say his name) Jason told me the boss wouldn't my credit because I already have a car I'm paying for oneand hesaw that Terry Auto pulled my credit before. EXUSE ME!! Where do you get off telling me how to spend my money!! I don't care if I'm paying for 10 cars currently. I'm here to buy another, because I can afford it!! So, Jason asks a lot of questions about the outcome from Terry. I told him I was approved for a car, I didn't want. That's why I'm here. Jason told me he would relay that information to his boss but I was too offended to stay, and I left. I'll spend my money elswhere.

Came for an oil change and was told they had shut down the oil service station -not sure if it's temporary or for good? But was told we had to now schedule our oil changes so I did. The guy behind me wasn't as flexible and left. Not sure if this has anything to do with the free oil change coupon sponsoring JF football team or just a coincidence.
Update: had my car serviced and it took then 3 days for a minor repair. Way too busy! Employees are stressed and don't get back to you to let you know an update. And if you take your concerns to the manager, it's even worse. I always say, everything flows down from the top. Poor stressed out management leads to poor stressed out customer service which leads to dissatisfied customers. Like me.

I made an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation for 7:00 AM through my vehicles app.i show up on time and they don’t open the doors until 7:05. The service advisor asks if I am just dropping the car off, I say no I am waiting for it. He states that the service technicians don’t even get there until 8:00 so I’ll be waiting awhile. Too late for that, no other option which is why I set an early appointment. After two hours, more than 5 customers who arrived after me had already been gone and I was still sitting. Finally just received my vehicle, no offer to wash it as is normal no apologies for the delays, and they leave trash in it to boot! I will be certain to tell everyone I know of this experience and advise they go elsewhere to seek their service needs
