“Today @5:50 I went to the café to get Pizza I wanted twi pizzas a cheese and a 3 meat the cashier stepped back from the cash register and ask her coworker if she could make a meat pizza her coworker then said I'm not making any more meat pizzas I'm tried and we have a line so I could only get cheese and a pepperoni I just feel this was so rude and unprofessional. “I have been going to JHC for about 20 years. I have had very good general practitioners/doctors there. I have had very good referrals when needed. The doctors have taken time with me and listened to my issues. There have been retirements and other changes so the doctors changed. My experience with each doctor has been good. I am completely satisfied with my healthcare. In the past the phone service was a problem but that has been corrected. I have been able to do a walk-in getting an appointment the same day I called. My one issue now is that I cannot send a message through the patient site that was available before. I don't know why this has changed but I would like to be able to send messages to my doctor as before. It helped get info or ask questions.”

“I went from Walgreens to CVS to Kroger on 221 but the staff at this pharmacy are incredibly helpful and very fast at getting prescriptions filled. They have a machine that helps get them filled automatically so they are never behind and I get mine filled the day I submit it. It's so refreshing to have a pharmacy that cares about helping me and getting things done efficiently.”

“We love this Kroger primarily because of the staff. My husband is a star at this location and knows just about everyone by name. They are kind and loving to my toddler son and the help in every department has always been stellar. I use self check-out exclusively, but often need assistance and never wait more than a minute to get it. I am very comfortable here as it is in my neighborhood and I'm familiar with the lay out--my review is based on my comfort. While the Forest location offers far more variety in produce, etc, I am satisfied with this Kroger because of the convenience. They offer enough selection of a few things that are mandatory for me: organic produce and gluten-free frozen/packaged foods. From time to time I use the pick-up and delivery options from Kroger and that has also been a pleasure. They have called before replacing items that are not in stock. The one time I had an issue, I was offered a gift card for the inconvenience. It may be because I am blessed by the Universe, but every time I park there I get a space right by the cart return. I have lost my wallet there twice and both times the staff have retrieved it and held it for me. This speaks to their honesty and the honesty of the customers who shop there (and also my favor by the Universe...). Right now there's a lot of construction for the gasoline pumps so it can be crowded and congested. There's been a lot of upheaval because of this--people don't like it. I zero care about it because I can go to the grocery store early and I'm typically not in any hurry to shop. But if you're rushed for time, it may cause some hang-ups.”

“I'm telling you, I don't know where these low reviews are coming from but the pharmacists that I've dealt with at Old Forest Rd Walmart are two of the best I have ever dealt with. Joni and Shanita have gone out of their way to help me with getting my needed drug for diabetes. They truly care about their customers.
With all of the people out there taking these drugs for weight loss it has put a real hardship on diabetic patients. Shanita and Joni have done everything in their power to see to it that I have my drug so I am covered for each month. I haven't been able to get my 90 day supply as prescribed by my physician but at least I'm getting enough to cover my need one month at a time. Thank you so much Shanita and Joni I don't know what I would do without the two of you. You are GREAT!”
“The lady at the Cafe was a complete b**** to my disabled wife. We both work in food service and know how difficult customers can be so we always treat service workers with respect but this lady was jumping down my wife's throat for no reason and being very short with her despite my wife just kindly ordering her food. If she was one of my employee's (I am a general manager of a fast food chain) this lady would be written up and no longer working the register. We will no longer be shopping at the Cafe at the Lynchburg VA location.”
