I HIGHLY recommend Jeneva from Paradise Travel team! I’ve never had such a positive experience and had someone that is so attentive to my vacation needs! Jeneva is great at making you feel like a priority. I was rushed to change vacation plans within a week, and she made sure to work with my budget and within my dates to find the best vacation for my husband and I! While she highly recommends Sandals resorts, she has a lot of experience booking all kinds of vacations to fit your wants and budget. 10/10 recommend!!!

Jeneva was amazing to work with! Our plan was completely booked after only a couple of conversations with her and she checked in periodically prior to our trip to ensure we knew everything that we would need to know. We went to Sandals Ochi Beach in Jamaica and had a great time. We will definitely be using this agency for our next trip!

We had a group of approximately 32 people and all of us had different flights going to and from our destinations. Little to no communication with the people that booked the vacation. Would with not return phone calls or would back several days later. Not very informative at all. I would not recommend this travel team at all.

Jeneva worked with me to to plan our honeymoon to Punta Cana and it was absolutely perfect! From the hotel and parking before we left the States to the incredible resort in Punta Cana, I made the right choice going with this company!

This was our first time using a travel agent and what a difference it made for our vacation! Steve helped us find the perfect place to celebrate our honeymoon and was there every step of the way to make sure we set up before we traveled. All the typical stress of traveling to a new place was minimized by their amazing service. We’ll definitely be using them again and recommending to friends and family!
