“I'm very hesitant about writing bad reviews, but after calling ahead around 3 pm and verifying that this location had my paint, I told the associate that I'm on the way (2hr+ drive from Galax, Va) and he assured me that he'd hold it for me until i got here knowing how far away I'd be coming from. He failed to mention that this branch closes at 5pm instead of 6pm like every other branch I've done business with. So i finally arrive at 5:30 only to find that they are closed and I'm S.O.L.This is a gross inconvenience and frankly a bad lapse of customer service.UPDATE: I called the other store here in town to see if they would be able to call around and make something happen. As it turns out, the manager at this location got the call and was willing to meet me after hours to satisfy my order. Huge shout out to him!So instead of removing this post, just be advised of the closing hours so you don't find yourself in a similar predicament.”

Since then I have been a regular customer due to him being very knowledgeable on pressure washers and him just being a good person as well. Robert's "sidekick" Dakota is knowledgeable and a good guy as well, both of them always greet me with a smile and great service! Keep up the great work fellas!
