“I turned right out of a gas station into an unmarked 4 foot deep drainage ditch. My 2019 Acadia went nose down.Luckily my 4 wheel drive backed me out but my radiator was destroyed. “I am almost a year into driving my new truck, so this review is overdue. Big shoutout to Duane Yuhas and the Apple Ford team! I ordered a truck through them, and Duane helped accommodate some changes I had made well after my order had been placed. Duane was professional and happy to address my questions any time I texted him. The overall purchase experience was smooth, and the team was not overly pushy, which means a lot nowadays, when a lot of other dealerships are hassling would be customers after simply browsing their websites.
My former car was a Prius that was pushing 20 years old. While the Maverick isn’t the greatest truck for towing, it has definitely made hauling a lot easier, with much better MPG than a lot of other Fords, and I am loving the bells and whistles that technology has brought to newer vehicles. I am happy with my purchase, and I would recommend Apple Ford to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.”
