“Funky, old fashioned hardware/seed store. Excellent prices and stock for bird seed, suet cakes, feed corn, peanuts. Amazing selection of Lodge cast iron products. We were there in the winter, so didn't see the plant selection, but we'll be back in the spring. Plus a bonus store cat!”

“Today I was at the Home Depot on Graves Rd, in Lynchburg, VA, and was very pleased with the singularly helpful nature of one of their employees. The only name I know is "Andrew." He both found my pick up order very quickly and when I asked him about another specialty item, he went to a lot of trouble to locate it in the store. In fact, he had to go back to "receiving" and then bring it up to the front of the store to me. He even offered to help me get it into the car. I am an older woman and so I really appreciated all his legwork and persistence, even though I did decline the help to the car because I felt I could handle it just fine. My hearty thanks to this dedicated employee -- we rarely find someone that caring and diligent, but Andrew certainly was!”

“With a snow storm coming this weekend, this Florida family was getting concerned. I headed to Home Depot to see what they had to help us prepare.As soon as I got to the garden area, Calvin arrived to see if I needed any help. I was instantly relieved to have someone to guide me! He showed me the items I had mentioned (ice melt, a salt spreader, and on to snow blowers) and loaded all the things into my cart! I’m not exactly sure what I would have done without Calvin’s help. Loading 40 pounds of salt would have been a struggle for sure!!! Then, after I checked out, he loaded it all in my car! What a fantastic employee Calvin is and I have to say, it’s an exception to the rule these days. It’s unusual to find employees nationwide that aren’t inconvenienced while helping customers. Hold on to that guy. He represents Home Depot very well with his work ethic and attitude in general. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Home Depot, AND for Calvin!”
