The work is too fast and they do not disinfect the customers' hands or their own or the workstation after each service and they work everywhere at the same time. I don't advise they work just to have money. This place can easily transmit diseases. No communication with the customer. Very disappointed ?

Every time I go to this nailshop the services get worse and worse. I get the same service and the price is always different. The service is poor, they hop from station to station, never washing their hands. I have to tell them don't cut my nails, don't remove the acrylic. They will cut your nails or take your acrylic off and charge you when you didn't ask.They are racist to. Black people. When you are telling then something they say they don't speak English, but will turn around and speak English to others.The services are horrible and they are very unprofessional.

I asked for a specific style. I sat there, Tried to trust the process... what i got was hideous. I kept telling the lady that my nails aren't the same as the picture and that i don't like them.. nothin was done. I'm furious . Paid 68+ for some kid-like nails

*READ BEFORE GOING *?so me and my family have been going here for years and years. when i turned 13 i decided to get my first set of acrylics. they came out good or so i thought.. i did go to florida but i was not rough with my hands at all. AND let me tell u… all my nails fell off. within a 4 day time period, here i am later this year getting my nails done again here*acrylic btw*and i was there for almost 3 hours.people were rotating between doing my nails but they were being rushed to do my nails. my nails were uneven, my thumb on the polish is messed up, and after all that barley even 1 1/2 days later i was opening the car door and then my nail popped off. keep in mind i’m not rough with my hands so what’s going on! save your money! but if u are going i don’t recommend getting acrylic.Service: Acrylic nails

Kim does an excellent job on my nails, the I get a full set of acrylic with gel and I am super happy with the results. She takes the time to make sure the nail polish coverage (I have noticed some salons leave some spots with less coverage than others but this salon makes sure the nails are fully covered) is great and pays attention to all the tiny details when doing nail prep and finishing. Simple, clean salon. Will keep going back for fill ins every 3 weeks (and mine lasted 3 weeks without chips or breaks with heavy use).

I am new to Lynchburg and this shop is down at from my house, so I go cause it convenient but I am looking for another nail salon. They do ok nails but they are not nice, personable or anything that makes you feel appreciated as a customer. Which might explain why it’s rather empty when I go, even on a Friday evening. I believe in a pinch or bind you can get your nails done decently but don’t expect engagement, a smile or southern hospitality.Services: Acrylic nails
