This gave me a bad prescription so I returned my glasses, that was two months ago. I still have not received the credit back to my insurance. I've talked to my insurance and my insurance basically said My Eye Dr is trying to commit fraud because they have not received the credit back. Not only that but the staff at this establishment find ME annoying because I'm trying get them to correct THEIR mistake. You guys are a class act.

I’m not sure when can make appointment with Medicaid they claim I no longer have insurance but social services. Just sent me a letter saying I have insurance with a Medicaid number so I hope no one was being smart mouthed

I went in here with a family member for their appointment and the staff was professional and I enjoyed having conversations with them. If anyone needs a local eye doctor this is the place I recommend.

Dr.Ayers robin wrote a prescriptionfor my daughter eye drops. one drop in left eye 4 time daily. The 3rd day came my daughter was crying and she said that her eyeball was burning itchy and irritated and red .so I looked her eye prescription up and it says it's not even recommended for kids because it has Steroids in it. What Dr recommend something that's not even good for kids eyeballs so I called them and they said it's not recommend for kids. I will be calling my lawyer today. I trusted that u was going to give me the right prescription for my kid .. I will not be coming here no more I don't recommend nobody to come here no more go to another eye doctor.

I had a great experience. They were very prompt with the appointment time frame.Everyone was friendly and welcoming when I first walked in all the way until I walked out the door. Very informative and pleasant staff.

I went in July and then took my teenage son in December. We both saw the same Dr and he was amazing. Very thorough and explained everything perfectly. They also took the time to review my vision insurance verses Blue Vision for my son to see which was a better fit for us. I highly recommend St. Clair.
