Well I took the car in in October 2023. 1st Mistake was mine for even taking it up there. However it became a monstrous debacle after that. No one wanted to communicate, I had to order a part myself as apparently they didn't do the leg work to get a part from chrysler, there was a lack of communication, work started without permission or contact. Lies about when the car was even in the bay. So certain thing were then to be done at cost one of which was adjusting a park break. It's January as I write this. The park break still not adjusted as supposedly break pads fail and rotors are a mess (something else that was supposed to be done at cost) and not completed on the rear wheels but when I took it back to adjust the park break I advised clearly this was needed in order to pass Inspection.. wasn't done. They charged for the inspection they were only supposed to do after the requested labor on the park break.They also created a laundry list of problems that competitors cant find and others told me are flat out not valid. Needless to say the inspector is apparently padding pockets and the shop under the management of cody is clearly disreputable. Joel was fabulous Erik was iffy. This new guy, well the whole place seems to be a dumpster fire.

I have been a customer for a number of years. Up until my last 2 visits I have been very happy. Took my car in with a rattle under my car. Second was my van inspection and oil change. Not room to tell everything about each visit. I will not use your business again.

Their service was not bad and they were able to change the tire of my car pretty quick; however, i had 2 issues with them.1. I had to come back home after I went to the first appointment on last Saturday, because they were short staffed. I totally understand that the situation happens, but appointment is an appointment that I scheduled my car to be fixed at that time. They could’ve called me earlier so that I could reschedule that, not after waiting in the waiting area for 40 minutes and was told they won’t be able to change the tire on that day.2. Upon installing a new tire, i checked my tire pressure and it was reading 40-43 psi, all different pressure from different tire, even after a while of driving. My car requires 34 psi for all tires. I went to sheetz and re-inflated the tire to 34psi, since they did not put the tire pressure correctly.None of these are not major safety concern but definitely something that they can improve. Overinflated tire can cause the problem in some cases, it just needs to be double checked. Service itself was good, they were able to do complementary check with various component of car, changed tire pretty quick and manager was kind but some things were notable. Overall, i would visit again depend on the situation and which service I want.

My rental car got a flat and the company had it at Mr Tire. I needed to get something out of it and the rental company told me to call Mr Tire, and I did. The guy that answered the phone interrupted me before I could finish the question and told me it wasn't there. When I asked again, he interrupted me again and asked me why would he lie to me. Good question. The next day and drive there and there was the rental along with my belongings. Why would he lie to me is a good question.

Mr. Entirely too SLOW has let me down on both occasions. The Timberlake Rd. location installed 2 tires on my 2 wheels that I brought in, when they finished the mngr. said "no charge". When I got home to mount my tires, I found out they were installed backwards. That's why there was no charge. They did reinstall correctly for me, but that's not the point. They knew the tires were installed backwards, and they assumed I wouldn't catch booboo. My 2nd trip, they had me wait 60 min., and my car never made it inside a bay. No excuses because they had 4 empty bays. I'll NEVER GO BACK!

Appointment made Monday for 4 tires on Wednesday, arrived and no tires, said I should have called 1st to make sure, said they don’t even know about online appointments until the customer arrives and they pull it up on the computer. Don’t recommend Mr Tire to anyone.

After 2 bad experiences on only 2 visits, I'm Never going back! I had 2 tires mounted and balanced on 2 rims that I brought in. The mngr. said there would be no charge. I assumed because he wanted my repeat business. When I got home to mount my 2 rims with new tires, I noticed the 1 tire was installed backwards. No wonder they said no charge. They assumed I wouldn't catch that big mistake, & that's why they didn't mention as well as no charge. I had no choice, but to get them to remount and balanced because I needed the tires to shed water correctly. The 2nd. bad experience was today, again with 2 tires but this time with my car. After 60 min., my car never made it into a bay. If they were all full, I probably would've waited; but only 1 bay was being used. Nothing about Mr. Carson, please give us 20 or 30 more minutes. I'm NEVER going back!
