Went to Marathon 6015 Fort Ave this morning and received terrible service. No greeting or have a nice day off top. Then I was only able to get 10 in gas instead of the 20 I paid. Yeah, ridiculous!! She then after the fact and me calling back apologized she was wrong I gave her a 20. So I called corporate here in Lynchburg, Mr. Burgess, I guess the owner was rude also, didn't want to hear the complaint. I'll NEVER go there again!!!

No public restrooms so if you need to use the restroom while getting gas or snacks might as well forget it here. Also for some reason they have two doors but they randomly just lock one of them and there's no sign saying which one is locked so you just have to try the doors to figure out which one is unlocked. I don't understand why any place would inconvenience their customers this way. There's no possibleBenefit to the gas station locking just one door it serves zero purpose and inconveniences customers.I actually hurt myself trying to open the door that happened to be locked if I end up having pain from it I may have to look into you the store paying for my medical expenses

Came in the other day coolers were broken a week later not thinking i stop by for a six pack must be the same beer that got hot cold hot cold now its gone bad cant even drink it.....would u do the same thing if a food cooler broke and give people food poisoning....very unhappy
