Just shop somewhere else!!!!! They lie about the value of the jewelry you purchase. They don’t greet you when you come but just let you stand there wondering who’s going to help you as they stand talking to each other. AS USUAL DONOT GET A LOAN ON ANY THING OF VALUE HERE (GOLD)!!!!GO TO L.Oppleman they have an app that sends you a reminder to pay when it’s due. They are also a lot more respectful! 0 Stars

There are a couple women who don't even speak to you when you come it at the jewelry area. I am beginning to think it is something personal which I think I know what it is and also mentioned this to the owner Roscoe. He claims oh he cares about his customers etc. They give a very very cold vibe I come from California and as you know all kinds of people live in LA. All I can say that it's said and petrifying to act so cold, rude and unhappy as these people. Any ways they are nice when they do a loan then after you do the loan they turn in dr jeckyl lol. I loaned a lot of things and I called over the phone to find out they claim I defaulted on everything so I had to buy back except for a few things now the first of the year I have to buy everything back these people to me show aggressive behavior as well and if you look at the better business bureau one poor guy even said that one of the owners pulled a gun out on him when I saw that I was like omg. When I buy back my things trust me I will stay far away as possible this place is dangerous. I know a couple guys that own shops up here that are awesome and don't have all these impolite folks working with them and I know they will not run a game. I think I will start back doing business again with them

This is my go to place for junk silver or an FFL transfer. Fees are competitive. I've pawned here once without incident. The back counter with the miscellaneous is always entertaining if you're just browsing.

Hired new people that are unfriendly and very confrontationAl. The service has got worse over the years. When I get my things out I will do business with someone more divested. When I talk through the door they look at you like you are crazy and it makes me feel uncomfortable lol. I am not from this area and had not been use to this behavior. These people have bad personalities. I know a pawn shop in the city and this guy is very nice dnd easy so he will get my business.

These guys have always helped me when I was in a jam. And when I had questions about things (whether about value or what I was in possession of) they were willing to educate even tho no sale was happening. Great group of guys.
