They let me know what they were doing throughout the entire process.. The paint job was 100% a match to my car color..

Want to thank Kevin Rawes for his honesty and integrity. Came in with scratches and a tiny peeled hole in my passenger door, that looked to me like someones door that scraped my car. Kevin came out with a rubbing compound and cant even tell now. Others could have lied to me, kept the car for a day, put compound on it and charged me a hundred dollars.

Fabulous experience with Josh and Travis! Our daughter’s car was damaged the night before she drove to Lynchburg on her move from Texas which created an issue with opening and closing the door. We stopped by Lynchburg Collision just to see if we could make an appointment for repairs. The lady in the front office took care of us as soon as we walked in and Josh came right over to help us. He was a huge blessing to us as he was able to fix the problem in less than 15 minutes. So thankful for this honest and impressive business!

Lynchburg Collision has done a wonderful job with both repairing my vehicle in a timely manner and their customer service. I feel that they went out of their way to make sure that I knew and understood what they were doing on a daily basis. The staff was very freindly and helpful

I booked an estimate appointment online and they immediately called and told me they would not take my appointment to look at my car at my car because I have a particular insurance company. They're going to get paid regardless of who the insurance company is but to dismiss me out of hand was wrong and poor business Practice.
