I'm 9 months pregnant and decided I wanted to get my car cleaned before the baby came so she could come home in a nice, clean car. My car battery died after my wash and while I was vacuuming my car. The employee Chmura helped me try to jump it, but we weren't successful. Him and Ken let me sit down in the cold AC while I waited for assistance to get a new battery. This place offered me great customer service today. Not only was my car nice and clean, but I'll be going back just based off the customer service I got today. Thank you gentlemen!!

I came by today for a wash and I was met by Mckenzie who was so friendly it made me buy a fast pass. She was too kind and had a very infectious laugh. She made my entire day! I will be recommending more people stop by!

The best thing about Zips is the many convenient locations around Lynchburg
All provide consistent good srrvice. The monthly plans are more than reasonable and with the crazy weather keeping your v clean is a breeze.

I have never used this car wash and I will have to say I was truly disappointed. My car did not come out that clean and actually had some paint damage. I had to go to three different vacuums to find one that worked or had enough suction and I still was disappointed with the amount of suction I got with the vacuums. I will never use this particular place again unfortunately.

Mckenzie was incredibly helpful! She took the time to explain all of the different washes and helped me understand which one was the best value for my money. I really appreciated their patience and expertise. Highly recommend!

My wheels didn't come completely clean even though it says it includes the wheels but HONESTLY my car was so dirty I was just happy to have the help. For $18 & the ability to use their vacuumes was well worth it. The vacuum did keep coming off but I could have moved my car and I like that they offer cleaning spray because that helped me clean the rest. The gentleman at the check in was super nice and helpful too.

Chmura helped punch in everything to the robot so I could get a carwash. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kept ME from being the one doing the punching. Pun intended -LOL. I've used a number of Zips in the area but the vacuums here have better suck, and there's also a slim nozzle version which allows you to get between the seats. Let my membership lapse from another location, but have to reconsider for this location. Thanks for the help Chmura.

Great staff, and great service! Mr. Antonio upgraded my car wash as a courtesy and was exceptionally kind the entire time I was there. Go see him! He’ll get you straightened out :)
