*I get so frustrated that the carts always having screwed up wheels. Squeeking, shaking, seized up all together etc. The last few times I pulled out 5 different carts before I got one that was decent and even that one wasnt rolling smoothly.* *95% of the carts need maintenance/cleaning on at least 1 wheel. Campare it to a Target cart for reference.* *I know this may seem petty but after walking around a store for 20 minutes with a squeeking and rumbling cart I told myself I was going to say something lol.*

All is well but the prices of the prescription drug Eliquis is Rediculous and Kroger pharmacy on Timberlake need sensitivity training. Today was our second time going there and was treated poorly both times. The doctor told us today we had nothing to worry about and that it was taken care of but Kroger Pharmacy tried to make us pay anyway and threatened to call the Police on us because we would not leave. (no cursing.. just upset). We called my doctor. Dr. Sackett' office called them and got it right and they filled the prescription. No apologies or nothing for the overreaction on Kroger Pharmacy part from anyone there. No more Kroger Pharmacy for me or even Kroger for that matter. Felt so disrespected! Quick to call police.

A decent Kroger with a wide range of choices in grocery, ready made food, and yoghurt (see pictures). Conveniently located just outside Lynchburg, this Kroger has some nice garlic bread (baguette) that you just need to toast in the oven.

Disappointed essential worker picking up food for their dog after work. I checked locations' hours and remembered that Kroger had reduced their hours but I knew I still had time. I walked up to the door at 9:45 to be told that the store was closed. I understand reduced hours at a time like this, but if you're gonna close at 9:45pm, I feel the front doors should not say "open until 10pm.

Really good store, but they lock the second entrance well before 10 PM. Its understandable that the doors may be locked 5 mins before 10, but 10 minutes is a bit extreme. Just say doors lock between 950 and 10.

Great Kroger. Whenever I have a question where something is the employees are more than happy to help.

It has been a few years since visiting a Kroger that I am able to fill a cart to the top. Since discovering this jewel of a store just a little ways from its cousin on wards rd, we have stocked our house and saved money on money and gas in the process.

S L O W and no passion. This dear lady places an order for two Christmas platters on a Tuesday for a Wednesday pick-up, oops nor ready. She tried again to pick-up on Thursday Noon - still not started at 1:30 this lady is in tears and no one will help her. One SLOW old man is making the platter while others are wondering around lost. If you want to see slow --- I mean ........ S L O W in action go the deli. I have never see such a slow crew all without care, or service. If you find someone to take our order --- maybe want to shop and pick it up after. Manager, Owners this crew is costing you $$ and Customers People if you count on a delivery from the Deli --- it is best to go to another place !!
