Maybe the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited at drive thru for about 10 minutes in complete silence Is a simple I will be right with you....too much to ask? Then they finally answer and tell me 3 prescriptions wouldn't fit in the tube and i would have to come in. The prescriptions would have easily fit. Just some pharmacy assistant being a jerk. Not up to Kroger standards!!

It takes days to get a refill and when they say 30 minutes count on 3 hours. I asked to have my prescriptions sent to another pharmacy and they just canceled my prescription. So now I have to go to the doctor and get them to rewrite it!

The people who work here are the laziest. It shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to grab something off the shelf. They not only asked me to come back after 30 minutes, but when I went back, I was asked to wait for another 30 minutes. When I politely asked why I wasn’t given a more accurate time of pickup, they said they were busy. This place needs more/new people. For comparison, I went to a nearby pharmacy. It took them about 5 minutes to fill the same prescription.

Very slow. If a medicine is out of stock, or unique, I've had to wait two weeks for the prescription to be filled or refilled. Website is a ponderous mess. The only positive thing is that the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Horrible pharmacy! Most of the staff lack professionalism and seem unconcerned with their customers well being (except Will, he is great). This pharmacy rarely has medications ready on time. They claim to not receive refills from providers, even though the providers can produce receipt of sending the new order. This pharmacy has sent me text alerts to let me know a prescription is ready and I discover upon arrival at the pharmacy that the medication is actually NOT ready. The last four consecutive times I went to this pharmacy to pick up medications for myself, I was told that my medications would cost more than they should. I figured out the first time this happened that it was their mistake, but they've made the mistake again three more times. Instead of filing with my insurance, they were running my prescriptions through some sort of Kroger prescription discount card, which I never asked for or agreed to use. My prescriptions would have been more expensive through that card than through my insurance. And, to make matters worse, they cannot tell me why this is happening! I've used this pharmacy for years and I've had the same insurance for years, so there is no reason for this to be happening now.I also fill my children's prescriptions at this pharmacy. Last week, I took my son to a medical appointment with an Orthopedic Surgeon. This Orthopedic Surgeon's practice uses a computer system that imports current information about the patient from the computer systems of the patient's primary care physician and the patient's pharmacy. Kroger Pharmacy had my son's medication information mixed up with another person's medication information in their system, so incorrect medication imported to the Orthopedics practice's system and into my son's record. I've never been offered an apology by anyone at Kroger Pharmacy... I was merely told, "We'll try to correct that." TRY!??!This pharmacy does not have a drive up pharmacy window. It has a pneumatic tube system and voice intercom only. There isn't even a monitor so that you can see the pharmacy staff over a camera. You cannot communicate directly with pharmacy staff or see them at all at this pharmacy's drive-thru. It's also fair to point out that this pharmacy's drive-thru system is out of service 60% of the time...and that's not an exaggeration. In fact, it is out of service today, and has been since last week. Earlier this year, it was out of service for 10 weeks. If you are looking for a pharmacy, do yourself a favor... KEEP LOOKING! This pharmacy used to be okay...but it's gone down hill. I am in the process of leaving this pharmacy behind.

Convenient location, usually plenty of parking. OK not great produce but produce area is well kept. Staff works hard. Otherwise entire store is meh. Sloppy shelves, usually out of what I want or no longer carried. Bathrooms are really bad, and there is always a garbage smell in front of the store. Fortunately there are now gas pumps for Kroger gas at this location so that is a plus.

We love this Kroger primarily because of the staff. My husband is a star at this location and knows just about everyone by name. They are kind and loving to my toddler son and the help in every department has always been stellar. I use self check-out exclusively, but often need assistance and never wait more than a minute to get it. I am very comfortable here as it is in my neighborhood and I'm familiar with the lay out--my review is based on my comfort. While the Forest location offers far more variety in produce, etc, I am satisfied with this Kroger because of the convenience. They offer enough selection of a few things that are mandatory for me: organic produce and gluten-free frozen/packaged foods. From time to time I use the pick-up and delivery options from Kroger and that has also been a pleasure. They have called before replacing items that are not in stock. The one time I had an issue, I was offered a gift card for the inconvenience. It may be because I am blessed by the Universe, but every time I park there I get a space right by the cart return. I have lost my wallet there twice and both times the staff have retrieved it and held it for me. This speaks to their honesty and the honesty of the customers who shop there (and also my favor by the Universe...). Right now there's a lot of construction for the gasoline pumps so it can be crowded and congested. There's been a lot of upheaval because of this--people don't like it. I zero care about it because I can go to the grocery store early and I'm typically not in any hurry to shop. But if you're rushed for time, it may cause some hang-ups.

This Kroger location in Boonsboro is clean, well organized, and friendly. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The deli and bakery have great selections! They have a nice organic and gluten-free selection. They also offer quick and efficient in-store grocery pickup orders. They're in the process of building Kroger gas pumps in part of the former parking area. It will add a Kroger gas option to use Kroger Fuel Points on this side of town...although it minimizes the size of the parking lot.

The saga continues, In this episode of, how many trips over the mountain does it take to get one prescription, I wait until I'm notified. In this case it was my RX gold notification saying your prescription has been filled...... So the next day, Let me say that again, The next Day I go to pick it up and they say it'll be an hour wait.????

This pharmacy doesn’t seem to care in the slightest about timeliness or customer service. Twice now I have showed up to pick up prescriptions (the day after the order was sent in) and have been told that they’re not ready. Then I’m told a new time in the future to come by and the medications are still not ready at that time. I have a newborn at home and cannot easier come by every hour just to be told prescriptions are not ready over and over again. Also when I mention that I have frozen groceries with me I’m told “well I guess you can come back later then” as though it’s my fault they can’t fill prescriptions in a reasonable timeline.

We click list ordered 24 hours in advance. They called us 4 minutes prior to the pickup time and said they couldn't fill any of our order. Go to timberlake or ward road instead. Terrible management. Joshua. Not good. No bueno!
