I went from Walgreens to CVS to Kroger on 221 but the staff at this pharmacy are incredibly helpful and very fast at getting prescriptions filled. They have a machine that helps get them filled automatically so they are never behind and I get mine filled the day I submit it. It's so refreshing to have a pharmacy that cares about helping me and getting things done efficiently.

Finally had to switch. Their service has been too consistently bad. Most recent experience was a nausea medicine I had prescribed at 11:30am. They told me at 1, that it wouldn't be ready till after 2. 4:45 it still wasn't ready and they Finally made it then. The past few times over the course of a year have been like this or worse. I figured most pharmacy stores are like this until my wife switched to CVS on Waterlick and she has had no issues and prompt service immediately after the doctor's appointment.

I don’t normally bother with reviews, but I am incredibly frustrated. Even if I submit a refill request five days before I need it, my prescription is never ready unless I contact them and ask, in which case it’ll be ready “within the hour.” I can never even get a hold of a representative on the phone— last time I called, I was transferred to the pharmacy, and the phone rang for 5 minutes before I just gave up and hung up. I am sympathetic for personnel shortages, but the lack of communication is terrible. I will be transferring my prescriptions back to my previous pharmacy.

Horrible!!! I took my father who is 67 years old there to get his COVID vaccine booster shot yesterday. I filled out the form online to request for the Pfizer booster (we prefer the Pfizer which he got this type for his first two shots) before got there. The staff helped us to check in and confirmed that we will receive the Pfizer booster vaccine for my dad. It wasn’t until after she had given my dad the shot that she realized that she had given him the wrong type. She had given him the Moderna vaccine booster. Outrageous, she never bothered to checked carefully before giving my dad his shot. I am disappointed in the Kroger pharmacy staff, and I suggest that you all be careful when considering going there.

Run by a bunch of Neanderthals. Was told I already picked up a medication that I had not. I insisted they were Incorrect and the tech got rude.(Mary) They said they had footage but this medication needed an ID to pick up? Eventually they went back “through the footage and it looked like me but on second look not close enough” so they graciously LET me take MY OWN medication. Would not admit to their own mistake. They could’ve just copped to the mistake, the computer could’ve made an error, things happen . Instead they accused me of a felony

Always very slow getting prescription filled or they do not have and have to order. The majority of the people that work here could care less.

Every single time I call in for a refill and am told a time to pick up I always give extra time wait in line for 30 minutes to be told it is still not ready I will not be using them ever again
