Very professional people to work with, they fixed all the problems with the car. So glad we took the car there , I highly recommend them and will use Kerr Tire from now on.
I called another place 1st, because of a recommendation , was told I would have to leave the car for 3 or 4 days because they didnt make appointments and were short of help, who could do that??

I was very pleased with the service and overwhelmed with how honest they were. Not trying to get over it made my heart glad. Especially making time for us as we were traveling from out of time. Will forever have my service when I visit Lynchburg.

Kerr Tire is the best in town! I had an issue with my battery and they were honest about the issue and quick to fix it! I loved talking with the team. They have excellent customer service.

I set up an appt to get some tires. They were very professional and helpful over the phone prior to choosing to go to them as well as through the process of getting the work done. They did like most auto shops and checked my van for other things and they made recommendations but they made it feel like they were just letting me know and they were not being pushy. I felt very comfortable and plan to use them for any other service needs while in the area.

I had a flat tire, Kerr Tire was able to immediately help determine if the tire could be repaired or not. They ordered a new replacement, it arrived the next day and was installed by mid-afternoon.

i was really happy to get scheduled with service to my car within 2 days' notice. The car was evaluated and the work that was needed was completed by the end of the business day.
