Friendly staff! I was satisfied with the professional customer services and staff were also friendly! I enjoyed the company with staff when my 5 year old great granddaughter and I were there shopping for different shoes 👟 Great atmosphere to shop!

I have made multiple purchases from the Lynchburg store and I have had great experiences each time. The store manager (autumn) and her staff are top notch. I would highly recommend anyone who shops at River ridge mall to stop in this store and see for yourself

Autumn & Gray helped me pick out my shoes today. They were both so patient and went to the back multiple times to help me find the perfect fit. They were both so kind and overall had a really fun vibe. 10/10 they rock.
