It will be hard to find such a great selection and the same great quality anywhere else. My friend suggested Sew Simple on Wards. I've never been there, but worth a try! (Apparently they're pretty good.)

It's in the River Ridge Mall! Lol...my GPS took me in circles over by the bowling alley. They had exactly what I needed to repair a vintage fur coat. I'm so happy!

Lots of fabric! They also had a good selection of sewing magazines. In the how-to section, the book on witchcraft was a bit disconcerting, though.

Associate was extremely rude to my partner and I. We accidentally broke an item, apologized profusely and tried to help clean it up, I offered to pay for the item as well and she would barely look at or speak to us. When we did get a response she was curt and angry sounding. My poor partner was mortified and so upset that she had apparently upset this associate so much over a small item being damaged. I will never be back to this location again. I understand it may be frustrating, I work retail myself, but I have never been so rude and graceless to a customer who made a simple mistake. This was on 10/15/2023 around 5pm and I hope she is spoken to about her attitude. I would hate to be as miserable as she apparently is.
