    Love the Jamerson Y. Great facility & people. If you are considering a centra VA Y, Jamerson is great.

    I really enjoy the instructors, class offerings and overall atmosphere. Mr. James Trent is always welcoming and professional. The facility is kept clean but very outdated and parking is often maxed out.
