Rodney Hubbard and his mechanics Shane and Bobby are an example of how a small business should operate.After a near tragedy blowing out the brakes of my vehicle on the highway while traveling from GA to PA I googled mechanics nearby. I decided to call Hubbards in Lynchburg near where I was staying for the weekend.Rodney listened to my issue and took me in right away on a Saturday. They were all ready and prepared. Shane and Bobby worked on my brakes and were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. While I waited there they welcomed me and were always attentive to my concerns. Not just great mechanics but awesome people!Rodney was super personable and put me at ease while he made sure the parts were ordered and even picked them up for me to speed up the process. Bobby went above and beyond and drove along with me to make sure the brakes were all good and fixed! These guys were a blessing and I highly recommend them for auto services.

I was impressed with Hubbards Automotive. Friendly, efficient services from everyone there. Rodney, Shane, and Bobby.
They fixed my jeep brakes immediately after a near tragedy on the highway while traveling from GA to PA. Rodney got me in right away and his mechanics did great work. I enjoyed getting to know all of them as they welcomed me in their shop.
They go above and beyond!
I wish there were more small businesses like this still around.

These guys are awesome! After a complete brake blowout on the highway, Rodney, Shane and Bobby fixed my brakes and got me back on the road right away on a Saturday. I was impressed with their knowledge and work. I would highly recommend them!

Not only are they open until 9pm AND open on Saturdays, they had my Jeep in the shop within 45 minutes of my phone call! Mr. Hubbard and his staff were incredibly kind and professional and they went above and beyond my expectations, even unexpectedly washing my Jeep for me! I will certainly be using Hubbard automotive in the future and highly recommend them for repairs.

Rodney did an excellent job working on my vehicle! He was able to get me in and out quickly so I could get back on the road. The rest of the staff were super friendly as well. They also gave my car a wash when they were finished. Check them out!!

These guys were absolutely fantastic! I Highy recommend this place! I was about to start driving home to Pennsylvania on a Friday night around 6 o’clock and my serpentine belt blew which also caused my water pump to break and the top rotor pulley to break as well. I called Rodney and he said he would have me driving home that night! Everyone who worked there was so friendly and understanding that I felt extremely taken care of. Rodney drove to the part store himself to buy the parts needed to fix my car the same night! I’ve never had a mechanic care so much about my car and getting me back on the road. He even called the tow truck to pick me up when it happened. The employees explained everything they were doing so I knew exactly what was going on and if I had any questions, they answered the question thoroughly so even I could understand it.

Mr. Hubbard connected me with a dealership in Northern VA from where I purchased 2 vehicles on which routine maintenance is done at his shop. Great customer service, great attention to detail & I’ve never had any complaints. 4 stars ⭐️ instead of 5 due to the wait time, as they’re always busy. Otherwise, highly recommended.Services: Oil change

It was the worst, unprofessional place I have ever taken my jeeps. The work was not done. After paying over 1,000 of my hard earned money. And what little they did do, it was not properly done. Told me my car was ready to come pick it up, did and the useless mechanic that was fixing on my jeep told me of five more crucial things wrong with my jeep. Instead of telling me this before saying it was ready. I have placed my jeep to someone else just to learn nothing was done to it. And it was extremely not fixed properly.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I took my dodge charger 5.7L to Hubbard's automotive with hopes he would rebuild my motor for $2500 as promised in return I was left paying him $7,500 in total for used parts he sold as new to me and they broke my exhaust and never fixed it and didn't fix my motor properly,put my steering wheel back on side ways,and left my car with more problems than it had to begin with these mechanics are the worst and shadyest ever I've never seen any mechanics worser than them your better off taking your car to a street mechanic for better results than Hubbard's automotive....Services: Electrical

He connected me with a dealership from where I was able to purchase 2 very reliable vehicles on which he does routine maintenance. Staff is friendly & highly knowledgeable, prices are reasonable. 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the waiting time. Otherwise, I highly recommend this business.
