Their staff is amazing and they care about their customers. Renting furniture isn't fun. Having no choice but to rent it and having the people you are renting it from not only show compassion, and take the time to listen and respond, but make you feel as though they do care and want to help you get it paid in order to say, "I own that"... has been a humbling and unexpectedly great experience. Rob and Jason are true gentleman.

They are good serving people they knew all about their products and terms . i would recommend them to anyone that needs furniture or appliances . They will help you and answer any questions about what is in the store . All i am saying they do a very good job.

Rob Lloyd, the manager at the Lynchburg store was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was happy with my choices. Look forward to working with him again on my next furniture purchases. Great customer service!

2 days agoThis is, hands down the best place to get furniture if you have less than perfect credit as I do. The entire staff, especially the Mgr. Rob, is outstanding!! Helpful & understanding. They go above and beyond whenever I need anything at all. Not to mention the quality of the furniture is top-notch. I have purchased a dinette set as well as 2 full bedrooms suites that are very well made and will last years to come. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed!!

Rob Lloyd is amazing ! Having not so good credit and in need of furniture, Rob helped me find the perfect furniture at a price I can afford. He was so helpful, friendly, funny and easy to deal with !!! I will definitely be back !!!!
