I had just received an early Father's Day gift from my wife and kids. It was a watch and I needed links removed. I tried Kay Jeweler's but they said that they don't work on "Invicta" watches due to the links. I took that as code for they didn't want to be bothered with my business.I then took it to Henebry's and the response there was amazing. The staff could not have been more gracious and their desire to make sure I had just the right fit was incredible.I highly recommend doing business here and I'm grateful for their fantastic customer service!
