There was a recall on my 2500.00 mattress years ago, was not notified, missed the cut off by days. Also said because I had an ink spot on my mattress, warranty would have been void. They did not even try to sell me a mattress protector or tell me this. Bought there for 20+ years before this happened, NEVER again.
