I used to shop here a couple times a week but the strong smell from the air freshener machines they’ve added in the last year have made it difficult to shop here. I don’t have prior breathing issues but the smell is so strong it gives me a headache. I’ve had several people I know tell me the same thing and we’ve mentioned it to staffers. I had hoped they would change it after some time and feedback but this clearly isn’t the case. I’m so bummed!

If I could give 0 stars I would, my husband bought me a movie from here that I thought was Goodfellas and when I opened it Black Hawk Down was inside and Goodfellas special features DVD, maybe y'all should try checking before trying to sell things to people!

I always find something good. I wasthere 4 weeks ago, and bought collectors Disney lunch boxes such as Ariel, brave, Madagascar. I also found a pair of Levi Strauss jeans that cost around 60.00. I paid 7.99. New condition. I also got a new frito lay cooler with radio for$ 20.00. I say this one is the best location. There’s condos and apartments behind them. People come down the hill and donate.

Since this store decreased its retail space a few months back, it’s gone down hill fast. Most items are complete junk. Prices are too high half the time. And most recently, the smell in the store is so overwhelming I cannot stand to be in there longer than 5 minutes. I have allergies and asthma and the perfume smell that’s pumped through the whole store makes it very difficult to breathe from the moment I walk in. It also gives me a headache. Not sure if it’s just me that notices it, but it’s awful. I used to love hanging out in this store and finding treasures. Unfortunately, this has to be my least favorite Goodwill in town now.

I don’t think I’ll be shopping at GOODWILLS anymore . It’s getting very expensive and the lack of stuff there putting out. Not only that there shutting down the fitting rooms soon. It don’t take that much to maintain them. Clothes are very expensive that are used not even sure if there going to fit. I’ll be heading to the mission stores. When I first started going to Goodwill it was very cheap and it was a lot of fun .. now you can’t even buy anything with the prices going up. Not even good stuff.

Prices are absurd for donated items. Whoever makes up the prices must just roll a dice and decide. And if you decide you don't want to round up your total during purchase, they will literally roll their eyes at you.

Poor customer service and poor communication skills. Products not priced, and when you ask for one they get upset and take it away without giving you a price. Then I noticed that 5 minutes later they gave someone a price for the same item I had.

Was a really nice store, but for some reason they decided to cut the store is half. Now it's just a cramped space with a lot less items just so they can have a larger Donation Center. I've gone in twice since they've remodel and after about two minutes walked back out empty handed. I dont see myself going back here again, and I've heard the same from others. Its a real shame.Luckily there are still the other three locations nearby that haven't made such a terrible business decision, or at least not yet.
