I mostly love GameStop at least the others I been to. But this one is bad didn't even call me to tell my game was no longer on hold because of a online order now I gotta call back every day starting on Monday to see if my game is in. Then call back everyone day its not in on Monday.

There is an older guy that is a cashier in this store that comes off as not liking "black" people. I gave you 3 stars because this is my only experience like this and we were helped by another person. This guys went out of his way to not help us and while we were waiting in line behind the "white" guy. This cashier says out loud. This is the last person I am helping. Another person will help you when they come in but I am not helping anyone else. We laugh it off and then the other cashier walks in before he is finished. There is another " white" guy in the line behind us and when we walk over to the other cashier and he is done he proceeds to tell the guy behind us that he can help him. That guy then told him...No I am going over to the other cashier. ???????????????????????????????? THAT GUY NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!!! OR AT LEAST REPRIMANDED!!!! There is no place for this in your stores!!!! We all love your company and our purchases pay his bills!!!! Fix it!!!!!

Store lead was incredibly rude when asked why an ID was necessary for a trade-in. Just kept giving non-answers until finally saying if I didn't want to trade in the games I don't have to...I just wanted to know why it was necessary as sharing my driver's license for this kind of transaction felt out of place. I am happy to provide the ID and did, but I guess knowing why is too much to ask for?I found out why when I looked it up later, but sheesh, terrible and awkward experience all around. Really living up the anti-social gamer stereotype.

Went in to the Gamestop on Wards today to pre-order the upcoming Star Wars game. As soon as I walked in I made eye contact with the woman with the multicolored hair and middle-aged man behind the counter. As I raised my hand to greet them they stared back at me without an ounce of welcome in their eyes. My hand dropped back to my side. I thought to myself maybe they're having a bad day; whatever, back to my browsing before my order. As I walked through the store I felt eyes on me the whole time. My discomfort grew so I left the store no longer wishing to make my purchase. As I leave another patron entered. Not two steps into the store, as she looked to the left away from the workers, she received a greeting from the middle-aged man behind the counter. I guess I wasn't worthy of a hello, head-nod, or grunt of welcome. Needless to say I won't be back and this location has lost my business forever. If the employees read this, please treat everyone the same no matter their appearance, a little bit of welcome can make all the difference.

Used to love coming to GameStop. Loved the atmosphere, conversations with other shoppers and employees alike about games. Not sure what's happened to the company but I feel like I'm in Walmart when I go here, it feels soul less now. Tony however is awesome and always is helpful locating a game and if they don't have it he tells who does.

I hate getting gift cards to this place for Christmas bc that is the only time I will shop at this store. I’m assuming it is the manager of the store is just a jerk plain and simple. I honestly don’t know how he still has a job in a retail environment
