The employees were nice, but $69.99 for an oil change and a charge for an unexplained part is too expensive. I will return to Mr. Tire who at least includes a free inspection for $49.99.

I would give them 20 stars if I could! Anytime I have had to take my car in, John has been so helpful. They get things done very quickly but also correctly. Just today I took my car in to make sure my front passenger wheel was okay, because a shop in PA did not tighten the Lug nuts on the tire after replacing the rotor and my car was shaking because they were so loose. John was more than happy to fit me in to make sure nothing was affected as well as to make sure the torque was correct, and he did that at no cost!Also, for all the young women out there, this is the first car shop I have gone to where I do not feel like I will be taken advantage of when it comes to the cost of parts and labor, they are very fair and transparent!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I take my vehicle to them for everything. They are honest and never try to sell you a bill of goods regarding what your card actually needs. The staff is excellent, and they try their best to be accommodating, realizing that vehicles don't break down on a schedule. I refer all of my friends to Forest Hill Service Center and will continue to do so as long as I have a vehicle and live in Lynchburg!

I was on the road from about 500 miles away when my engine light came on and my car started stalling and running rough. I went to this shop because of the high google ratings and reviews and found that they were well earned. They were able to diagnose and fix my vehicle on the same day and the cost was more than fair. John DiCaprio kept me in the loop every step of the way. I can't recommend this shop enough.Service: Engine repair

Brought our car in for a muffler issue and he said even though he was booked for a week out he’d take a look because it was minor. Got a call same day our car was ready to be picked up. He was very friendly. We have AAA and they are a AAA approved center so we got a discount as well. We will be taking our car here in the future

I have been with the Forest Hill Center in Lynchburg, Va for alot of years. They are the very best, honest, kind hearted, patient, hard working business I have seen. The employees that work on my car treats my car like they are working on their own. They do a fantastic job. I only trust them to work on my car. The prices are fantastic too.
