Jodi helped us today and our team to size our id cards and she went above and beyond was fast and efficient and helped us every step of the way. We were turned down by other stores nearby who refused to help us and Jodi was An absolute angel for us and helped us get everything we needed so we could get out and work. This place is the best for printing needs. I have had a couple of odd sized items to print and the they did an amazing job getting my prints done. The customer service was the best and the job was done quickly. Will return for future prints. Shout out to Cheryl!

I worked with Jody after having a really awful day driving around town to ship my packages. I had no idea what I was doing, I just knew I had to get these packages in the mail. Jody went above and beyond to assist me and explain everything I needed to do to ship my packages. She was patient, kind, and very informative on what was happening and what I needed to know. She literally turned my day from a 1 to a 10.I never knew shipping packages could be so easy and stress-free.

If i could less than 1 star I would. I even called fedex to ask for a store that closed later. They gave me this address at 3911 Wards Road. Said it closed at 9p. Drove all the way there and imas Inwas getting out of the truck at 8pm, they closed the doors, locked them and shut off the lights. Nothing on the website says 8p, as a matter of fact it says 10p. When i spoke with Fedex they said it actually closes at 9p. Find another fedex drop off place.

Edit: they have closed two hours early AGAIN (3rd time), despite their posted hours. You also can’t get through to them when you call. I have been inconvenienced twice. I will not return again. Going elsewhere.Clean store! Didn’t give them 5 stars because I came on Monday and they were closed 2 hours early. I had to take the 20-minute drive back home and tell my buyer that shipping would be delayed.
