We went here to get my daughters nails done for her 16th birthday and they came out horrendous. They are lumpy, uneven, and unshaped. Nothing compared to the reference photo, which was a black french tips with the fine glitter outline on natural colored nails. The nail tech used a bright pink acrylic instead of nature nails color shade, because of that my daughter was willing to work off the mistake and paint the nails black and do a glitter french tips instead. Instead the nails tech used a slight chunky glitter to create an ombre affect. Not only was the design not what we asked for, the nails are look like a melted chocolate bar. They are uneven and very thick, the nails tech wasn’t really trying to fix the shape. After all this it was very clear that the nail tech had very little experience and i believe she needs to works on her skills more or listen to the customer. My daughter did speak up after everything mentioned and she wasn’t listening. We do understand the language barrier and we could work around that, we don’t mind that, but she was very uncooperative with us. This was last night, we called back. Horrendous customer service. I asked for a refund or for atleast some compensation, the man was not cooperative at all and i can see where his staff gets it. He told us we could come back and get them redone (which will not be a option) I said we will not be coming back to get them redone as we were unsatisfacted, and don’t have the time. He was very rude and kept cutting me off, trying to demand me to come back as they don’t do refunds. I then reexplained our experienced, cut off again saying to come back. I was asking for some atleast some compensation after our horrible experience, i was cut off repeatedly. I gave up and told him thank you and hung up. Don’t even bother.Services: Nail cut & filing

Always a good job done. I used to live in the area and take my GF to get her nails done often. Even though we moved, its still worth the drive bc they do such a great job. With designs Tina is very good if you have a reference pic she matches it. Gel nails is what she gets done and they last her over a month. Three weeks before chipping. We LOVE THIS PLACE. And the prices are worth it! Decent $ compared to all the highly prices places. Pic showing is after three weeks.

Came in only had to wait 5 minutes and got sat immediately had a nice conversation with the lady as she was doing my nails let me know the prices of everything and asked me though out if my nails looked good was a bit sore after but that’s just because I haven’t gotten my nails done in so long due to me working as a busser she shaped my cuticles very well and made the acrylics look natural she even gave me water and said see you soon as I was on my way out the door very inviting and professional definitely going backServices: Acrylic nails
