Good luck even getting through to someone if you call. They don't seem to care about reckless driving either. Not only did one of their drivers cross two lanes to cut me off in the turning lane, making me and everyone else in their path have to slam on our breaks, but they also started weaving through incredibly congested traffic, nearly clipping about three cars in the process---again, my car included. I find it funny that their voice recording says "remember, be sweet today," but then this is how their employees act. No emergency is worth jeopardizing the lives of many others

The two ladies there were terrific!I order from them for many special occasions. And this store is so friendly and helpful…much better than one I have dealt with out of town. They said they will even place my out of town orders for me! That’s my kind of service :)

Purchased an order to be delivered on 2/14. Paid additional delivery fee to have delivered 2/14. Nothing was delivered. Call at 6pm and was told system was down but they were still delivering until 9pm. No delivery by 9pm. I called in the AM on 2/15 and requested to cancel my order. I was told it would be canceled and refunded. I also canceled my order online as a back up stating it wasn't delivered on 2/14. Today, 2/16, my friend notified me it was delivered this afternoon. 2 days later and after 2 cancellations. Extremely poor customer service.

I went into the local store mid day Saturday to order a fruit bouquet for my daughter’s 21st Birthday to go along with her flowers. The two young ladies working were so friendly and helpful. They applied my coupon with ease and had the arrangement ready for me to pick up within hours. It far surpassed my expectations! The fruit was as fresh and delicious as it was beautiful. Definitely need better drivers when I called and order they said the driver would be in at 1 o’clock for my order the next day and I called the next day at almost 4 they said he was late and just leaving , it’s 6 o’clock and it still hasn’t arrived for $146 dollars that’s poor business…

I received a small gift bag of pecans, caramel corn and chocolates. One, not worth the money and two the chocolates were all old and rotten. I tried to call for two days to let them know. No one answered the phone. It is just a generic answering message which then puts you on hold. No one one answered after about 3 minutes each time so I just hung up. There was no way to leave a message. Poor product and poor service.

Ordered a chocolate indulgence platter a week ahead of time for $54.99 but I received a mini-platter. Clerk looked it up and found that it was incorrect. Told me I would need to wait for 20 minutes to get the correct one. I did so and they fixed a corrected platter; however, no offer to give a discount or a coupon for future purchase. Only an I'm sorry about that.NEVER AGAIN.

The new manager at Edible Arrangements is fantastic. Not only did she call me personally to discuss my feedback, she offered to remake my order. Evette was kind, patient, and totally understanding of my concerns. This is what good customer service looks like! Tried 2 order 2 dozen choc strawberries over the phone 4 pickup. Lady had hard time processing info. Im new here. Owner would not take order 4 pickup if not paid n full. Couldve ordered online. Tried 2 deal personally. Wish them yhe best.bi wont use them.
