“I give this store 5 stars because they usually have a lot more stuff then the others. They carry a lot more assortment. I always find more and buy more then I need. I buy windshield washer fluid there, corn nuts, fried microwaveable beans. Etc. I don’t pay attention much to attitude. I shop for the merchandise.”

“I'd give y'all a 5 star review if you carried more women's clothing. Plenty of 1x to 3x, but what about small medium and large sizes? You need to change the tax. About a year or so ago, y'all started taxing each individual item instead of adding the sales tax at the end of the order. What is up with that?”

“I love having this store close by since the next closest grocery is at least 5 miles away. The employees have all been helpful and pleasant although I've noticed there seems to be a big turn over in employees. Dollar General made a big mistake in losing the last manager. She was a hard worker, extremely helpful and engaging, and seemed liked by everyone! I will miss her very much.One thing I've noticed over the few years this store has been open is that I am VERY frequently overcharged for items. It's actually become a regular thing when I check my receipts. It's usually under $1.00 but NEVER a mistake in my favor. These small amounts, almost unnoticeable by many, could amount to millions of dollars every year for Dollar General nationwide. I'm hoping these mistakes are the result of under- staffing in the store (not being able to keep up with the price changes on the shelves) and not intentional errors on the part of the company.”

“Dollar tree is ok for some items, but a lot of the cashier's act as if you are a burden . The location at the plaza is the worst store out of all the other locations. The location by Liberty University is the best store they have as far as services and cleanliness.”

“Honestly...the inexpensive toilet paper is really good for me..but upon alerting someone in corporate back at March 2020 when the coronavirus came to America , in which I was forced to buy inexpensive Hill Top brand coffee, for my then coffee maker...I was disturbed by the Urine smell when opening the label...no no Maxwell house smell there ...not then and on top of that...the coffee grains looked like hair, soft black choppy hair. It was even a odd color black. The coffee was imported from a third world country and when I contacted corporate on what was strange to me...no one typed or called me back. Thank you for the everlasting strong toilet paper though....”
