I recently bought a car from here, I asked about any problems or bumps and all that and they sent me 2 photos, I’m not originally from VA so I had to fly out to get the car and when I went to pick it up, it had more problems then just those 2, and it even had bent rims that I didn’t know about till recently after getting it rebalanced cause it wasn’t balanced, or aligned to begin with, it needed new oil, they were nice enough to give us some coolant after request, but overall I wouldn’t buy from here again cause they seem to not know a whole lot about what they’re working with.

These guys are nice to you as long as they think you believe their lies. Called to inquire about purchasing a vehicle. Strike one was they didn't like I wouldn't be financing through them. Strike two was the attitude after I explained the bank and KBB, NADA, and JD Power all had a lower value than they listed. Third was when they explained they price their vehicles based on their sales history with those types of vehicles. When I said I'd buy it at THEIR price if they could show me proof of their previous sales at that price, they said no chance. Why not? Is it because you're lying? How hard is it to show me your cut sheet contingent on me purchasing the vehicle? Wild how everyone objectively provides proof of evaluation but the minute you ask this dealership to prove what they're saying, they get ugly with you.
TLDR Stay away. Just look at the carfax and recent Google reviews. I wish I had beforehand.

Edit to add-the buyers order took 30min to be sent tobthe bank and was incorrect. Your own employee admitted that it was a previously cleared code. Do you know how negotiations work? It wasnt a "demand" it was an ask in a buying negotiation. We needed it addressed considering there was already a missing vent, a clear knocking, and it was out of alignment before the code kicked on. So we knew we would be buying and having several repairs even before the light came on. If you were unwilling to fix it or help cover the warranty deductible (because the overpriced warrantly is "so great" right?!) to get it fixed AS WE WERE TOLD YOU WOULD BE DOING WHEN WE AGREED TO BUY IT then that should've been said and we would've purchased the other vehicle we test drove. Instead you opted to either change your mind last minute when you had another interested customer or you flat out lied from the beginning. Either way I will make sure I do whatever I can to prevent others from wasting their time and money at such a dishonest place.
An entire afternoon wasted because they lied, initially stating they would help repair the issue that caused the check engine light to come on AFTER THE TEST DRIVE AFTER WE CALLED THE BANK while sitting in their lot waiting on documents. Got down to sending over payment and suddenly it was a "misunderstanding" and they were NOT going to fix anything or cut the price in any way. Why lie?! But unsrprised based on other reviews. (Hindsight is 20/20.) Seems they're in the habit of selling lemons.

Edit to respond-- Your own emoloyeed admitted that it was a previously cleared code so you CLEARLY knew there was an issue. And a "third party inspection" ...you mean state inspection...not some rigorous check. Obviously the deal never came through because we told them not to send it after we realized we were dealing with liars. We were there for 3.5 hrs, drove different vehicles, and waited 30min for an INCORRECT buyers order to be sent to our bank. So sorry the bank needed ACCURATE information...oh, and they were staying late specifically to close the deal. You were just stringing us along to make sure you could pit 2 customers against each other. And, we would have happily walked away with the other vehicle had you not been intentionally deceptive.
BUYERS BEWARE- MAKE SURE YOU SIT IN THE CAR FOR A BIT SINCE THEY LIKE TO CLEAR CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS! If you could rate 0 starts I would. They wanted 34k for a '18... while we were sitting in the car talking the check engine light kicked on. We already heard a knock and could feel the bad alignment. No problem cause they were going to fix the check engine light. Spent 3.5hrs had the bank sending over the documents only for them to come back as the bank is emailing and say they were not going to be fixing anything or taking anything off the price. (OH and they said theyd just clear the light like WHAT?!) Jokes on them... would've been happy with the other vehicle we were looking at if they were unwilling to fix it but lying to customers and trying to sell vehicles you KNOW have issues, clearing lights, and trying to pass it off as good to go is OUTRAGEOUS. Avoid this scammy place like the plague!! We will say the 1 star is for the sweet dog they had in there.

Leaving another review in response to the owner.. By the way i will leave as many bad reviews as possible given the way you treated me and my family. I value my time and you wasted it. The least i could do is show you my dislike for you and your business on the way out and warn all other customers in the lot to RUN. Also your sales person admitted to clearing the code. It was a previous fix he stated and the code was still stored.. You are a liar and you shouldn't be in business. We made a deal and at 4:12pm i let me bank know the buyers order was on its way. At 4:45 i receive a text from the loan officer that she received the buyers order finally. The bank closes at 5pm and they were staying late to send over all the proper documentation. At 5:11pm I texted the loan officer and told her to not waste her time because you decided to change your mind and say you would not fix the issue. Your really going to complain about waiting 30min for an approval letter when it took your business 30min to send over a buyers order.. and it wasnt even right! They had to resend it because the carfax listed the wrong mileage. I honestly think you just did it to pit me and the other customer you had in the lot against each other. All to chase a buck.. If you had been honest up front about not fixing the issue i would of purchased the Suburban instead. Now I will make sure everyone knows how dishonest and untrustworthy your business is.

Go check out their 2 star car fax rating! Ha! Should've taken that as a sign!! Terrible buisness practices. Purposely trying to deceive customers, selling over priced and useless warranties no one will work with, and as you can see from the other reviews they're known to sell lemons. As is does NOT mean we're going to intentionally dress cars up and lie to get them out the door knowing full well they're a bucket of bolts!!

Went to go look at a truck and told there was no rust. Upon seeing the truck in person I went under the truck to see that the frame had been recently painted black… mind you the paint was still wet. When confronting the salesperson (who was very nice up to this point) denied the fact that they painted it stating that “we didn’t do that” then also saying “it’s warm and the paint could’ve gotten soft…” just very dishonest and wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them.
note: the replies to the reviews are very passive aggressive and pay no mind to the issue of the customer but the aggressive “defense” of the companies questionable business practices. just please be aware.

I worked with Zian to purchase my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. I was in a rush and he did his best to get me out as quickly as possible. The vehicle had a mechanical issue a few hours after buying. They drove an hour to pick up the vehicle, brought me one to use temporarily since I traded in mine and completely fixed the issue by the next day! I have had no issues since and would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND buying from here!

D'NX Motors is the only place we'll be buying used vehicles from now on!
This was our third dealership in two weeks, on the hunt for a decent, used tow vehicle within a reasonable budget.
We were so grumpy with the entire process by the time we dragged ourselves to D'NX Motors as a last-ditch effort; and after being treated so horribly at the other dealerships, we didn't have high expectations. Boy were we wrong!
Zien was immediately friendly and helpful. He handed us the keys to a Ford F-150 we were interested in. Very up front about any and all possible issues with the vehicle having 114k miles on it. CarFax came provided in the vehicle. And he told us to take it out for as long as we wanted for a test drive.
The only dealership to actually negotiate on price!!!!!!!!! offer us a LEGITIMATE trade-in value on our paid-off Honda Civic!!!!!!!!!! and actually listen to us on WHAT we were looking for and WHAT our budget was!
The only place my husband was able to show up as a professional mechanic and be treated with respect.
We were SO DONE being treated strictly like money machines at other dealerships during this process; D'NX Motors salvaged us a positive experience with the used-car buying process.
Thanks, D'NX Motors!!

The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because the CAR WARRANTY they sell is 100% USELESS!!! no one in town will take the thing and the people at the car warranty company do not respond to anything you ask them. SAVE YOUR MONEY do not buy the extended warranty you won't be able to use it if you do.
