I have been out of my Gabapentin for a week and a half and have been getting by on old ones I have from like two years ago. I've called my doctor's office three times and they sent in the prescription but CVS keeps saying it hasn't been approved by my doctor. I stood there with my doctor and physically saw her put in for the prescription. For decades before I was forced to switch to CVS because of my health insurance through my job, I've never had this problem with Walgreens ever. When I try to call over there, the automated system refuses to connect me to the pharmacist. The most unprofessional company ever.

Pharmacy is a joke and needs to get their act together. I get an automated text at 8:00am saying they received the prescription for my son and that it would be ready by 10:30am. I plan my day accordingly and show up at 1:15. 15 minutes before they close from 1:30-2:00. I try to pick it up and I'm told its not ready yet. I ask when it'll be ready and they inform me they can rush it, and they usually say it'll be ready in 15 minutes, but they close from 1:30-2:00. So it'll be sometime after 2. Seriously? Get your act together CVS. If your going to use an automated texting system, use it correctly. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Overall, overwhelmed organization that is billing for random prescriptions and during a time of need they refuse to help. It’s so sad the state of our current healthcare system. So sad.

Worst experience with a pharmacy ever! Every time I call to see if my meds are ready I’m told that they never received anything from my doctors. Every single time. I never had this problem until I started coming to this cvs. Going to try the cvs at target at least they’re friendly.

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Pharmacy has abysmal customer service with rude techs who sound annoyed to answer the phone. The phone menu will say one thing like your prescription is in progress and the staff will say something completely different. Also painfully slow. Will never get a prescription filled here again. Straight garbage CVS.

Just left, for the fifth time in the last 3 days. Went to pick up my prescriptions and the line at both the drive-thru and the counter inside were so long and not even moving that I said the hell with it and left. Everyone in the store was clearly aggravated by this situation. They are slow as hell, and the pharmacist, I think his name is Thuan, is a real j**** extremely rude. I am transferring everything to somewhere else, anywhere but here.

I have been going to CVS for the last 10 years and have had no problems with them. Sure the prices go up like everyone's does that's expected with the economy the way it is. Everything is good for me at CVS.

Save ur money and go to another cvs. I’m yet to walk in here and get 1. Good customer service 2. Get treated like I’m human. No one in this store is helpful or respectful.There are a few ladies that work in the pharmacy that are super sweet and I knew their names I’d give them a shoutout. But the rest of the employees are so disrespectful.
