This place is a complete circus. Staff is a joke, incompetent, will walk away from you while talking. Nobody knows how to do their job. My daughter's doctors office refuses to communicate with them because of how rude they are. Ridiculous. I hate they'll get a 1 star review because I can't select zero.

One of the worst & most incompetent pharmacies. They never have anything done on time and they are rude. While some of the workers are nice, most are rude and don't want to work with you. Terrible experience.

The staff exhibited a positive demeanor and was very helpful to me during my last visit to their establishment. I appreciate all that was done for me which made for a wonderful visit. Thanks for all that you do!

They are epically bad! Seriously have never dealt with such incompetence. They always manage to screw something up! Tonight I spoke to this guy Neil at the pharmacy and he told me to pick up my prescription in an hour. Send my husband over, they say they don’t have it, then they notice they do, then they noticed something missing from the doctor script and told my husband they can’t fill it and then they closed the pharmacy. Lovely! As if they are not bloody dealing with medicine and life and death here!!!

The absolute worst problem cvs pharmacy has is their telephone answering service. You literally can not speak to anyone in person and no one ever returns your call after leaving a message. the automated service can’t understand anything you say and has absolutely no problem solving skills. The line takes forever because they are busy which is to be expected but that becomes a bigger problem when you spend an hour waiting in line and then the thing you called about that no one answered is still not done and you have to leave and come back to wait in the forever line again. The automated service has your patience tested to complete aggravation before you can even leave a message…..This just really isn’t acceptable and I hope something better is put into place to fix this issue.

I have been out of my Gabapentin for a week and a half and have been getting by on old ones I have from like two years ago. I've called my doctor's office three times and they sent in the prescription but CVS keeps saying it hasn't been approved by my doctor. I stood there with my doctor and physically saw her put in for the prescription. For decades before I was forced to switch to CVS because of my health insurance through my job, I've never had this problem with Walgreens ever. When I try to call over there, the automated system refuses to connect me to the pharmacist. The most unprofessional company ever.

Pharmacy is a joke and needs to get their act together. I get an automated text at 8:00am saying they received the prescription for my son and that it would be ready by 10:30am. I plan my day accordingly and show up at 1:15. 15 minutes before they close from 1:30-2:00. I try to pick it up and I'm told its not ready yet. I ask when it'll be ready and they inform me they can rush it, and they usually say it'll be ready in 15 minutes, but they close from 1:30-2:00. So it'll be sometime after 2. Seriously? Get your act together CVS. If your going to use an automated texting system, use it correctly. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
