“I had originally wrote a bad review criticizing the staff at this Best Buy. I originally was trying to upgrade my old gaming PC’s CPU as I had watched videos on how to do it, and thought I could it myself and save money. I unfortunately couldn’t and thought that the local GeekSquad could. They had my PC for three days and to my dismay said that my CPU that was originally told was compatible with my Motherboard was not. One of the staff I believe his name was Ryan explained what was wrong and that my PC was not the most upgradable. I was refunded the cost of the old CPU and used that to purchase a new gaming PC and he made sure that what I purchased was going to do everything I had in mind. I would have given them 5 stars if I had gotten a call back to be updated on my repair as my repair number wasn’t working.”
