I was told over the phone that because of my car warranty my oil change would be free, after my oil change I was informed my oil change wasn’t free and that I didn’t have a warranty. I was misinformed, and didn’t like the way I was communicated to as if it was my fault.

CMA's Hyundai of Lynchburg replaced the engine in my Santa Fe under warranty, and the results were excellent. They worked to get the job done faster than expected and kept me informed along the way. This is a great Service team.

I walked in with no apt for an oil change this morning. The staff was welcoming and fit me into their busy schedule. Such a great group of people I felt like I was hanging out with a group of old friends.

The worst mistake having an appointment on Friday. Dropped my 2018 Hyundai Kona off the day before at Hyundai. My appointment was at 8:30 Friday morning. They texted told me what was wrong. My husband called them fours minutes later to tell them to fix the truck after they found out what the diagnose was. I never heard anything else. I went to check on my truck at 3:50 Friday evening when I got off work, it was not ready. They hadn’t communicated that to me. I waited til 4:20 to get it. The check engine light is still on. I have to take it back on Monday. Things happen, just communicate adult to adult. It cost a nice amount. So back to Hyundai for a better experience.

I brought my 2022 Santa Fe in for routine maintenance but also because it had developed a whining noise somewhere in the drive train. The report from the mechanic was that it is the hybrid system making the noise and that this is normal but I never heard the noise until very recently. I was advised that if the noise worsened I should bring it back in. I'm very disappointed with the Mechanics diagnoses. I don't believe that it's "normal" noise and I certainly don't want to let it get worse. Invoice # 60737.
