Went to get a tire taken off of a rim and put a tire I already had on a rim for one there was a serious lack of communication the general attitude was very unprofessional the older man told me that it was $35 to do dismount and M+B (mount and balance) plus I disposed of the tire my self then when I asked for a receipt I was told by same guy that we don’t do receipts but I can write you one that was a red flag for me I got my father to call them and ask for pricing of the job I got done and they told him $25 dollars so they’re all around a unprofessional and shady place to conduct any kind of business

I recently purchased a car from him. While there were a couple of issues the owner and his staff have always treated me very kindly and been diligent about fixing any issues. Also he kept my car payments low and affordable.

Joe is a horrible person and clearly is not aware of the lemon laws in Virginia. A family member purchased a car from him and it stopped working within 2 days. We have made many attempts to contact him regarding the repairs with no luck. We have taking him to small claims court.

Love the owner he is a good business man can't say the same for his grumpy old lazy worker. He really needs to work on his attitude when dealing with customers and just because a woman comes in to get tires rotated don't mean they don't have how the tires on her vehicle should be rotated.
