Another competitor let me reserve a car online, only to arrive and be told I had to wait 24 hours. But the wonderful customer service professional at Budget's Lynchburg airport rental counter found a car immediately, and at half the price of Budget's competitor. The car was in excellent condition, and thanks to Budget's exceptional customer service, I was able to join my brother to honor the life of our father.”

“UPDATE: Avis made it right taking responsibility for its damages. Thank you for doing so and making it right. I appreciate that.The staff was great! I have no issues with them. I did however have tire pressure issues with multiple vehicles during my time. I returned a vehicle after driving 20-25 miles. The second vehicle I drove a little over 200 miles and had to replace it the third day due to a flat tire. I received a third vehicle the next day 3-4 hours after estimated time of arrival. I returned the third vehicle on the fifth day and later received a bill in the mail hailing me responsible according to the terms and rental agreement.”
