He was 100% professional, helpful and KNOWLEDGEABLE with great communication. He made my rental experience very pleasant. I definitely want to commend him and share my experience!”

“I needed a rental car because mine had to have some unexpected work done on it and I was getting ready to head out of town. I called several places and they were low or out of what I needed. I called this location and they what I needed and reserved it for me over the phone. Pickup was a breeze and I was in and out with the car in less than 30 minutes if even that. They offer text messaging with them if any issues with the vehicle come up which didn't. Return was easy as well. At every step the customer service was great. If I need a rental again, I will be going there.”

“UPDATE: Avis made it right taking responsibility for its damages. Thank you for doing so and making it right. I appreciate that.The staff was great! I have no issues with them. I did however have tire pressure issues with multiple vehicles during my time. I returned a vehicle after driving 20-25 miles. The second vehicle I drove a little over 200 miles and had to replace it the third day due to a flat tire. I received a third vehicle the next day 3-4 hours after estimated time of arrival. I returned the third vehicle on the fifth day and later received a bill in the mail hailing me responsible according to the terms and rental agreement.”
“I needed to drive four hours to attend my father's funeral and my personal vehicle is in need of transmission repair. One of Budget's competitors let me reserve a car by phone, only to call me two hours later and and confess they were out of all vehicles. Another competitor let me reserve a car online, only to arrive and be told I had to wait 24 hours. But the wonderful customer service professional at Budget's Lynchburg airport rental counter found a car immediately, and at half the price of Budget's competitor. The car was in excellent condition, and thanks to Budget's exceptional customer service, I was able to join my brother to honor the life of our father.”
