Went to California Nails today to get a pedicure and to have my Granddaughters nails done. I explained to the technician I wanted my Granddaughters real nails cleaned up and polished and that she also wanted a design. My Granddaughter showed her what she wanted. She did a wonderful job, very professional and very polite. My Granddaughter was thrilled with the outcome of her nails! It was exactly what she wanted. My pedicure was great, the technician was very polite and did a wonderful job. Will definitely go back!!

Just got charged $90 for a full set, which if I thought they even looked good I might be okay with but they look terrible!! When I questioned the price I was told because of two rhinestones which I DIDNT ask for and “design” which I wasn’t aware getting a black tip instead of the entire nail painted black was considered a design. My nails are streaky, full of random debri and dust inside the polish and just MESSY. NEVER AGAIN. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service ever. I normally get my nails done to treat myself & that didn't happen. Mind you I go to get my nails done often at another nail salon & I had to get up to leave. My nails were already dry & just put my fake nails on then another customer was waiting & nail tech stopped what she was doing with me to help her & started her nails so I was just sitting there. Never had someone start on someone else ever so I found it rude to not tend to the customer who came before. Told her I wanted to leave had to pay $35 for none finished nails or $15 to take them off. I paid the $35 but she said she would finish them but I wasnt shelling out any more money for poor customer service. Definitely turned my day not as planned. Just be prepared for this to happen if you go. I will no longer be going here & make sure others stay clear of this business. I could have paid $35 to do more than what she did!! Horrible for business & to me it's poor business if she finished I would have been more than happy to bless her with a great tip so it's unfortunate for her. Usually I'm happy with the little things in life & very into customer service & that visit pissed me off to no end just don't even test it if your wanting to have a good day & not feel like your not even there just a fly on the wall. Should have read the reviews before me & if your reading this believe them!!!!!!!!! Very nice building inside but trashy people. will be reporting this business to the BBB.

I’m very disappointed in my nails and the owners professionalism. I showed the man a picture of my sister nails and asked if he could do something similar for my gender reveal. Instead of him just saying no or asking his wife to do it when she was free he have my hands looking like a little kid did them and I was charged $75 for the fill in. I asked his wife(before leaving) if I came back the next day could she fix just the design and she got smart AND told me I would be charged again. She wouldn’t even look at the nails herself when I tried to show her. I’ll NEVER return unless it’s Morgan doing them! I gave them one too many chances.

Absolutely love them!!!!! Never fails at what I request and always does exactly what I ask for!!! Michelle and Alex are amazing. My go to spot for several years! The vibe is always welcoming and clean!

Decent prices (use cash!), GREAT massage chairs for pedicures!! My nails look fantastic and I love not having to make an appointment a week or month in advance!

they rushed while doing my nails. trying to get it done very quickly. the nails done on my pointer fingers were very crooked. other than that they were nice and respectful!

Horrible service. Didn't get the style I asked for. Was charged $90 for a $50 work. The main lady that was doing my nails kept getting up to assist another client even though I have been there an hour plus
