Today I was in Burlington and an employee was “singing” and it sounded like she was dying. It was very annoying while trying to look at hand bags. I then moved to the other side of the store and could continue to hear her unusual moaning way of singing. I really thought she was suffering from something horrific . The store was alright. I didn’t stay long because of the “singing “ was harsh.

Closed really early/locked doors and refused to allow paying customers inside. Extremely rude employee walked pass as we knocked at the doors asking why they closed so early. She shook her head and waved us away. We called the store and was met with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The employee was combative and dismissive. Shop where you're appreciated.. and not at this location where you're met with rudeness and turned away.

Rudest people on the planet..... closed at 10:30pm on a friday when they are supposed to be open until 11:30pm, called to find out what was going on and some extremely rude employee answered and said they closed early because 1 employee had to go home early so they only had 3 employees and a manager left and felt that was enough to close an hour early..... then he was extremely rude to me and just being plain nasty on the phone, asked if i wanted to speak to a manager, insulted me, and then hung up.... these people should be fired

I usually find good stuff there but I wouldn't know anymore. I used to go after work on weekends since they are usually supposed to be open until 11:30pm Friday/Saturday, but this particular location seems to close early (half hour or more before the scheduled time) on those days most of the time now for some reason. Possibly even other days, but not sure. Even though all information listed says its supposed to be 11:30pm. Not sure if management is aware or allows it, but I even called ahead on one Saturday with them confirming "11:30" only to show up right at 11 (again, because of my work schedule) with the doors locked but workers still inside.

Worst customer service ever, very nasty people rude to customers, rude stayed in line 1 hour in 30 minutes.will not return The manager threw my bag at me. Not ever gonna return.

The “manager” Derek was very unprofessional & rude to customers. Standing around not helping but he had time to argue & run his mouth to paying customers. He needs to have better training. Really ridiculous

Great big and tall section. Found some nice clothes and it's hard finding stuff being 6'6.
