I went to Burlington in lynchburg to pay off my lay away tha was due for June 14 and I found out that the store had cancel it due to inventory charging me the 10 dollars for cancelation when I I didn't cancel it plus the associate was very rude very disappointed

I scheduled a phone interview here and they never called. So I called them and they put me on hold for 10 minutes, so I called later on, the person who answered was extremely rude and hung up on me. Incompetent staff.

Today I was in Burlington and an employee was “singing” and it sounded like she was dying. It was very annoying while trying to look at hand bags. I then moved to the other side of the store and could continue to hear her unusual moaning way of singing. I really thought she was suffering from something horrific . The store was alright. I didn’t stay long because of the “singing “ was harsh.
