This place harasses you! I have been late on 2 payments in a year and a half both due to hospital stays and it was less than a week both times. They are rude on the phone and back up in person! I have had better experiences with Aaron’s multiple times and buddys will never get my business again! Not to mention they have people who are supposed to come and fix defective issues with your appliances and their guys come out and say they will be back the next day and don’t return for a week and a half And they’re only answer to further out your payment date for two weeks instead of giving you actual credit to your account. This place has been horrible if I were you, I would suggest not doing any business with them!

We love going there and finding great furniture and great people! We use to only deal with another rent to own furniture place but we have grown very unhappy with them and the furniture has fallen apart in a very short amount of time. At Buddy's there is always happiness and laughter and great customer service. Even their deliveries are great work and customer service. We could not be happier all around with Buddy's. And we recommend them to anyone looking for great furniture and a great price! We have had multiple prices of furniture from them! Thank you for all you do!!

Went in there over a week ago looking for furniture that I told them would be paid off way before the time is due. None of my contacts nor landlord have been contacted. I couldn’t get a straight answer about payments. Not to mention the same furniture I need is at another big name store for $600 less so no mark up. Don’t waste your time.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Took 6 times to get them on the right payment plan, the last time I called the dude YELLED at me (he had been one calling and texting incessantly when I was supposed to be on a monthly payment plan being all rude) so I Bought new furniture because I was sick and tired of the rudeness and unprofessionalism and they refuse to take it back.
