We recently purchased a used Lexus from Berglund. A friend test drove it for us and Berglund delivered it to Charlottesville for free. We realized the AC wasn’t blowing cold once we got it here. Berglund not only came back and picked it up but repaired it for free and had it back to us (washed and vacuumed) within just a few days.That is going above and beyond and we will certainly buy from there again as needed. Thanks to the team there!

Tina is amazing!!! She is very knowable about the cars and the car buying process as a whole. She made buying a car a breeze. They have good cars to choose from and everyone is helpful and pleasant. For any car buying needs in the future, I will definitely go back to Berglund Lynchburg!!!

I visited Lynchburg BMW after looking at several other dealerships in the DC area. The attention to detail, personal and professional service Tina provided was incredible! Shoutout to the rest of the team for their hospitality as well. Awesome experience I had here!

This place is horrible! So glad I don’t live here. Short/ Simple…Made appt. With busy work schedule my missed my appointment call back set up another appointment and I asked do they send out any emails or text reminders he say that they do apologized -I gave all of my information and that he would send out one out well …thank goodness I wrote it on my calendar he never called me. Went in the shop it was a ghost town a worker told me that everybody on that side had Covid.I went on the other side searched and found a guy he was very nice to help me out but the service overall was horrible just horrible no BMW representatives anywhere .All BMWs that I have went to was very nicely set up reps was everywhere with suits /ties on …oh yeah nice waiting area TV on , someone asking you for assistance, everything fancy, well designed , they even had a little area where you could buy different things—- the side that I was standing on I seen everything but BMW attire/gifts…..maybe it was somewhere in the back where they work on cars I don’t know but horrible service.THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE TO BMW DEALERSHIPS AND IF U THINK IT DOES THAT JUST SIMPLY MEAN YOU HAVENT BEEN OUTSIDE OF LYNCHBURG AND FOR THAT- MY HEART GOES OUT TO YOU.

The employees at this dealership have gone over and above to make sure that I have a great experience and am always taken care of. I purchased my vehicle in November of 2019, The buying experience was quick and easy, the service department has been great to work with. I had a few electrical gremlins the first year I owned the car, Josh and Randy in the service department worked with me and my crazy schedule to make sure they could get me in and get my issue taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised with the pricing for tires and alignment when I needed to have them replaced during one of my regular service visits. My lease is coming up in November and naturally the first place I looked for a vehicle to replace mine was this dealership. Even during this time of short vehicle supply Joe was able to get in an order early enough that I will have another vehicle ready before my lease ends. I look forward to working with the team at this dealership for more years to come.

Greg, Ethan, Isaiah, and Shane were the best to work with when I purchased my car. I never felt pressure when buying a vehicle from this location. Mailed me a 20% off service coupon. When I went to pay for an oil change and tire rotation, was informed that the coupon couldn't apply, "because these are already discounted prices". Pretty disingenuous. I'll be heading down the road to Jay's bmw auto repair in the future.

I went to BMW of Lynchburg to look at a beautiful red jeep. Isaiah's kindness and encouragement helped me through the whole process...all the indecisiveness, the questions, concerns, everything! We custom ordered a 2022 X5 and paid a deposit on it, but when we went to make the purchase the dealership low-balled us on our trade to the tune of over $6k. We sold our trade to CarMax the next business day and then they refused to honor our deal while still holding our deposit. I wouldn’t recommend anyone even consider this dealership, avoid if at all possible. We are still waiting to see if they are going to refund us our deposit or not. So far all we have is a verbal promise to do so, but they’ve already proven they will not honor those.Update on the second business day following the refusal to honor the MSRP price agreed to in August. The dealership has refunded our deposit. Also, we purchased our Jaguar 5 years prior from the same Berglund franchise, and at that time were happy with our experience. The place has changed dramatically in this time, so take that into consideration with older reviews.
