I bought a used RAV4 ( 19000$). It only had one key. I was told by the salesman they would get me another one. Everytime I asked I get the run around. I call and they say they will return my call in a couple minutes. Days go by no call or information.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE

the absolute worst experience ever. they had the car listed wrong so after sending our info to several different banks and getting us approved they discovered it didnt have what we needed. how can they be so ignorant to their inventory
