I was disappointed to see this company take advantage of a young man who didn’t know his rights, they charged him and towing fee, processing fee and kept his car and sold it. They really took advantage of his situation.

my sister had progressive coming but because of the inpatience at the scene, the officer dispatch "bee line towing", because he said they was quicker , which is not what we wanted!! we stated progressive was on the way!! then progressive said they will pick up & we told them to leave outside the gate, instead, to get my money, they locked it in the gate so that we had to pay overnight storage & also i called numerous of times that night to tell the dispatcher my sisters house keys is on the car ring, well you gotta call tomm & he will meet you & that will be a extra $75 to get your car keys out the car?? i r u serious, plus because you didnt leave it outside the gate, which was requested, we had to pay another $170 to pull it out 2 feet so progressive can pick it up??? this is highway robbery!! the man that took our money was nice, but the treatment, wrong doing to take cash from people when we had free towimg already isnt right!! we shouldn't had to pay nothing because they shouldve left the car outside the gate!! who was gonna take it, it had no tire i want my money back because we was not supposed to pay to get my house keys out of a car on the car keyring??? r u serious!!

Had to move only 2 blocks to get to my house w an f150 truck that still rolled and was not totaled on a Sat night 11:45p in Lynchburg. $765. NEVER AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND. Use Mitchell's Towing as they are MUCH more reasonable. Used them before for a 4 mile distance and immobile vehicle. Almost HALF the price. Should have used Mitchell's again. Lesson learned. Just wanted to spread the business out. They can do what they want and charge what they want but this is most definitely taking advantage of ppl that are already down on their luck. I promised I would spread this gouging experience with all I can and for as long as I can and never use them again. Bee Line will rip you off.

Very unprofessional in the way they do business. There are no price quotes given or rates of service online or in person. I had to pay $175 to get my car back after it was towed the first week of classes when I was a student, and was not even notified of the parking rules or of what was going on. They also charged daily storage fees out of the blue that are not consistent, and that they don't tell you about until you go to retrieve your car. The second time I had to deal with them, I locked my keys in the car. LUPD told me to my face that Beeline would unlock my car for free. When they arrived, they told me that "they didn't say free, they said for a fee. We don't come out here and not make money." Someone is not telling the truth, and I believe someone is racketeering and stealing people's money. Refuse service by them if you are ever in an accident in Lynchburg, call literally any other towing company. I would not hesitate to give zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible.

I would give them 0 stars. I had my van towed when I parked in area not clearly marked with no parking sign. When I went to get it back they charged me a ridiculous amount. When I went to register my van before the registration was about to expire I learned, they had put the Title in their name. I was no longer the owner. They did work to clear title issue but when I went to sell my van the dealer wouldn'r give us anything because the odometer reading was off because of the title issue and said it looks like the odometer was rolled back. I lost 3-4k dollars just because they made a paperwork error. I will be contacting an attorney. .

This place is good if you want to screw someone over. Their car will basically be stolen. If you need a tow - call someone small and local.The one time my car got towed by them they charged me an 'after 5pm' fee to come pick it up, got back to my car and it was only 4:52pm. Shadiest predatory company in town.
