I just called to pay off one of my customers cars who traded it in. They said they couldn't tell me what the pay off was or email me anything. The customer traded the car in and I need to pay it off. So now I have to bug the customer to call them and tell me what the payoff amount is instead of them telling me. MAKES NO SENSE! I am paying the car off so the bank gets there money back. How hard is it to tell me what the pay off amount is????

This is the worst financial institution I've ever dealt with. I was told to leave because they closed at six when I was opening accounts. Then they setup the accounts all wrong and never linked them. ThenI cant figure out my pin because with 2 people on 3 accounts you get 4 cards and no way of knowing which pins work on which cards. Did i mention they don't set up accounts right because I'm supposed too have overdraft protection but i don't so now one of the new accounts is negative and has an over draft fee.

After dealing with Beacon Credit Union with lackluster experiences for the last 8 months, I’m happy to wave goodbye! They took over the Danville City Employees’ Federal Credit Union portfolio and have absolutely failed at delivering anything that resembles customer service. Incompetent, robotic, halfhearted service reps and nickel and diming business practices are so last century. When I explained my concerns and asked the rep, Sarah, why I should consider staying, she could only speak to their “cheap” products (aka every credit union’s value proposition). These cheapskates forced me to send them a 0.68 check because they didn’t process my final payment in a timely manner (that’s right, they don’t “do” electronic payments, yet they will charge you $3 per month for a paper statement). Never felt so good to say farewell. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this hot mess express excuse of a financial institution. They get one star because zero isn’t an option. Bye, Felicia!
