Went in to purchase some automobile key fob batteries. Found out online that AutoZone had them.Close to home, so I went there and quickly checked out.Problem solved.

my car had a popped tired and I drove 3 miles with a damaged rim to get to this autozone. the workers there really helped me! shout out to GG! she really helped and it was by the grace of God that i got help! thank you so much

My friend had an issue with her car but there weren’t any mechanics open today, so we went here to see if they could just look at it and recommend anything to do until we could get to a mechanic.Justin walked out to the car and helped us out free of charge!Great customer service that helped us out with a stressful situation.

I purchased a Duralast battery with a 5 year warranty in 2019 and it died just a couple of days ago. I was able to get my vehicle jumped and drive to Autozone on Timberlake. I verified my purchase via my phone number with the front desk staff, David. They said it was within the 5 years, but their system said that the "5 year warranty" was a actually a 3 year battery replacement and 2 year prorated replacement. I voiced with the staff how this was bad business to market a 5 year warranty then hide in the fine print that it was actually a 3 year warranty with 2 years of a reduced cost. I spoke with the manager, Candice, who heard out my complaint and expressed understanding. She was very professional and went out of her way to make right what was, in my opinion, sneaky corporate business. This was happening when the store was very busy and she was trying to get to lunch. David installed the battery and did a very good job. Candice's professionalism and David's assistance was the only thing that prevented me from walking to the parts store across the street after learning what I had purchased in 2019 was not what I had meant to purchase.

Awful place to work. I was pregnant when I worked here and discrimination was a daily thing from the previous assistant manager. She would not quarantine when she was constantly exposed to COVID and it spread continuously. When I caught COVID because of everyone kept coming in with COVID, I turned in my doctor's note to that same assistant manager who did not turn it in to the store manager. I was nearly fired under "no call no show", luckily store manager text me giving me a chance to explain myself. The RM Mike said he didn't understand why a woman (7 months pregnant working 10+ hours shifts) would need to sit periodically, and said "I've never been pregnant before but I've been fat and I never needed breaks to sit, get a doctor's note and we'll allow a little time for you." I got to use a still low on the floor, sitting beneath everyone, it was below the bare minimum effort, I may as well have been sitting on the floor. Another woman, soon after I left, was a breastfeeding mother and no one would create a space for her to pump. She had to use the bathroom, which is one of the most nasty ones I've ever seen. They don't tell you during the interview or upon employment that they will send you to whatever store needs help, even if it's outside your availability and 2+hours away, then you'll be threatened with a write up if you say you won't go. Employees constantly show up under the influence and management does not care. Only gave two stars because I don't want to discredit the guys who were in commercial or the previous store manager, who were honestly the most caring and genuine people there. I'm sharing this because I know I'm not the only one who Googles to see reviews before applying for employment.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Parts are always on time, if not in stock. Prices are competitive.
