Nathan Lass was exceptionally helpful and absolutely wonderful to deal with. He helped me in adding an extra work line to my service as well as a new iPhone 16. It was an ideal experience - definite 5 stars. He deserves a raise and a promotion because I can sometimes be a difficult customer.
